Who you're dealing with

imaginationstudio.com.au is operated by Mental Monkey Software ("the studio", "we"). Buying from the site means agreeing to these terms and the artwork licence.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your order is complete when payment succeeds, and your download links are emailed to the address you give at checkout.

Delivery

Products are digital files — nothing ships. Download links arrive by email within minutes of payment and are valid for 30 days and up to 10 downloads per item. Links expired or exhausted? Sign in and use your library to re-send fresh links, or contact the studio— we don't leave buyers stranded.

Refunds

Because the product is a file you keep, we don't refund change of mind once download links have been issued.

Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply in full and nothing here limits them: if a file is corrupt, materially different from its description, or not the resolution you paid for, we'll replace it or refund you — tell us and we'll sort it.

The artwork

Every work is made by the studio and sold only here — nothing in the catalogue is a reproduction of someone else's art or a stock image. We make it with a mix of tools, including generative AI, and we're open about that: see how the work is made. Copyright in the finished works stays with the studio; what you get is the licence.

We may change catalogue prices or withdraw works at any time — neither affects an order already paid.

Accounts — and getting your files back later

An account is optional. Guest checkout works, and either way your download links arrive by email, so the simplest thing you can do is keep that email. The links in it are the keys to your files.

If the links expire or you lose the email, there are two ways back in:

• Make an account with the same email address you used at checkout and verify it. Every past purchase — including anything you bought as a guest — attaches to your library automatically, and you can send yourself fresh links whenever you like, years later. This is the whole reason to have an account.
• Or just ask us. We can re-send your links, and a person answers.

Either way, what you bought stays yours. Expired links are an inconvenience, not a loss.

The boring-but-necessary

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
